Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access

2.3 Verification

Important: Providing false information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Payouts

4.1 Profit Sharing

Our profit sharing structure:

Trader keeps 90% of profits
Flash Funderz retains 10%
Calculated on closed positions only

4.2 Payout Process

To request a payout:

Minimum $100 profit balance
Complete KYC verification
No active rule violations
Processed within 1 hour of request

4.3 Payment Methods

Available payout methods:

Bank transfer
PayPal
Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH)
Other methods as available

                    Withdrawal Limits: Maximum $2,000 per day per account. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals.
                

5. Liability

5.1 Risk Disclosure

6. Termination

6.1 By Flash Funderz

We may terminate accounts for:

Rule violations
Suspected fraud
Failure to complete KYC
Abusive behavior
Other violations of these Terms

6.2 By User

You may close your account at any time by:

Submitting a closure request
Withdrawing remaining profits
All pending trades must be closed

6.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

All open positions will be closed
Eligible profits will be paid out
Account access will be revoked
